Because our overall goal is to alleviate your company of
the QDRO burden, we handle all aspects of the QDRO review
process. The true measure of our success is your satisfaction
with the last QDRO we processed for you. QDRO Consultants
Co. does not require elaborate and oftentimes, one-sided
contracts. Many clients simply engage our services as they
would a law firm, without any written agreements. Other
clients like to utilize our standard "Letter of Understanding",
which simply sets forth our responsibilities and the fee
arrangement.
However, we are sensitive to the varying
levels of contractual "comfort" among differing
organizations. We are, therefore, flexible to the use of
more comprehensive agreements and provisions that you may
have used in the past, that you may used in the past with
other third-party vendors. If there is a specific clause
that you would like to see in the agreement, just ask.
